I’m a health care worker and I am constantly on the go at work and at home. Sometimes at night, I can’t relax enough to sleep or turn my brain off. I’ve always dismissed herbal supplements but this has actually helped me get off of my prescribed anxiety meds. I sleep better and I feel more calm during the day. Zen has been remarkable at helping me sleep. My sleep issues have worsened over the years, and I have not been able to find a solution. I either wake up in the middle of the night and am wide awake, or I toss around ideas in my head and never really get that deep sleep feeling. I have been taking Zen for over a month before bed, and have slept better than in the last decade. I fall asleep easily and stay soundly asleep.Was this helpful?
