Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email, pending stock. Shipping occurs Monday-Friday.
Customers receive free standard shipping on all orders!
You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is shipped. Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
Due to COVID-19, carrier delays, transit time may be increased.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional shipping fee and will show up as an option when you are placing your order.
If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email.
No International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. At this time due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to reach out to us, please drop us a line at hello@zipnzen.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong product, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost to you. If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. We may require a photograph of the damaged product. Please reach out to us at hello@zipnzen.com so that we can assist you with this issue. Please give us 1-2 days to respond to your email.
