What makes Zip & Zen unique?
Formulated by Naturopathic Doctors with a cumulative 30 years in practice, we’re passionate and proud of our products and the science behind them. Our formulations are based on peer-reviewed clinical studies (which you'll see noted where applicable) and the forms of herbs and vitamins used are highly absorbable and bioavailable. Please feel free to use the research on our website to find the supplements that best suit you.
How soon will I start feeling better?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to guarantee that a supplement will produce the desired effect in your body in a particular span of time. Please consult with your health care practitioner prior to using our products.
Can I take Zip & Zen together?
While both separately work to achieve a goal of supporting your adrenals glands†, the two products should be taken at different times. For example, if you're feeling stressed during the day, you might take a Zip to help adapt to and overcome stress†. Or if you need to address insomnia, or get a more restful sleep, you would take a Zen at bedtime.†
Where is Zip & Zen manufactured?
Zip & Zen supplements are proudly manufactured in the United States at a NSF CGMP certified facility.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email, pending stock. Shipping occurs Monday - Friday.
You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is shipped. Please allow approximately 3 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
Due to COVID-19 carrier delays, transit time may be increased.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional shipping fee and will show up as an option when you are placing your order.
If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email.
Can I use Zip & Zen while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend taking these products while pregnant or breastfeeding.
What is your return policy?

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email, pending stock. Shipping occurs Monday-Friday. Transit times within the United States are 3-5 days, you should have your product in hand 6-8 days after placing the order.

What payments methods are acceptable?
Our website accepts all major credit cards along with mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.
How long are subscription options?
You can choose the frequency of your subscription delivery, subscription deliveries continue until you cancel them.
Pick between 45, 60 and 90 day subscriptions. You can skip, change your product or cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions".

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do ship internationally. Shipping fee does not include customs and duties fees (if required) of the destination country. Customers are responsible for additional fees applied upon delivery. Customs + duties are not required for USA shipment destinations.
