Necessary supplements for mind-body connection

How do our bodies

Become Imbalanced?

Stress

Chronic stress does not give our adrenal glands and our body the chance to recover, causing the immune system to become suppressed.

Adrenal Fatigue

If someone is continually stressed, it causes adrenal fatigue. When this sets in, the adrenals are incapable of doing their job properly which is to secrete cortisol in a 24-hour cycle. The changes in cortisol output cause anxiety, mental fog, irritability, joint pain, and blood sugar imbalances.

Poor Sleep Hygiene

At least 35% of Americans are sleep deprived. Whether it be from excessive caffeine consumption, to racing minds, or to imbalanced cortisol production. Lack of sleep at night causes a stress response the next day.

Nutrient-Deficiency

Low levels of vitamin C and B vitamins contribute to hormone imbalances that increase the effects of stress and upset sleeping patterns.

The ADRENAL GLANDS are two powerhouses that sit on top of the kidneys and are responsible for how we respond to STRESS.
